Semillas Monzón SA is a seed company that bellows to Rocalba Group.
We are located in Monzón (Huesca, Spain), in the middle of Ebro Valley, the most important irrigation area in Europe which acreage is dedicated nainly in cereal crops, forages,vegetables and fruits.
The company was born in 1980. We are focused in seed production of the main crops (cereal, forage, pulses and vegetables, as for our own production as for the main seed European companies.
Our excellent location allows producing close our factory, that redounds in best control and managing in order to obtain the best quality for any amount of seeds: from the small and specific production to large amounts.
Our factory is well-equipped for drying, selection and packaging purposes. The drying system is based on warm air that blows through metal crates. The system allows individual drying and traceability for any amount of seed. There are three independent selection equipments. The whole capacity processing is upper than 5 MT/h.
The technical staff is composed by 3 agronomists and a laboratory responsible.
